Nestled in the rolling hills of South Australia, Adelaide Hills Harvest is more than just an olive oil brand — it’s a family story.
Adelaide Hills Harvest was founded by my parents in 2022, but our passion for authentic flavours runs much deeper. Rooted in our Eastern European heritage, we’ve inherited a love for wholesome, home-grown foods and the art of Mediterranean cooking — knowledge passed down through generations and poured into every drop of our oil.
This year marks a new chapter as I (Kat!) step into managing the family business — refreshing our branding, expanding our range, and introducing our story to more Australian homes, kitchens, and markets.

Each harvest brings something special. Our First Harvest EVOO is known for its high polyphenol count, peppery finish, and incredible freshness — proudly ranking among the top 5% globally for antioxidant levels.
Alongside our signature oils, we’ve introduced our Pressed Range — vibrant infusions made by pressing fresh fruit or herbs directly with the olives. The result?
