At Adelaide Hills Harvest, we carefully pack and send each order to ensure it arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and quantity of your order, using Australia Post rates.
- Large Orders / 20L Drums: Due to their size and weight, our 20L olive oil drums are sent via courier. Courier costs will be applied at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s or the courier’s schedule.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Interstate & Remote Deliveries
- Shipping rates will vary between states and regions in Australia.
- Additional delivery time may be required for rural or remote areas.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take care to pack all orders securely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with Australia Post or the courier on your behalf.
