Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we are happy to offer an exchange. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert contact email]. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Exchanges
Once we review your claim and confirm the product was damaged or faulty, we will arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability). If the item is no longer available, we will provide an alternative product or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an exchange cannot be reasonably provided. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning a product for any other reason, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
