Handcrafted with Adelaide Hills Harvest Lemon Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil, this chilli condiment carries a vibrant heat balanced by a surprisingly clean, citrusy finish. Instead of seafood-based umami, Yumi has drawn on shiitake mushrooms, leek, daikon radish, and organic white miso to create a rich, savoury depth that is entirely plant-based.
