In 2025, this oil achieved a remarkable milestone – independent laboratory testing confirmed one of the highest biophenol results currently recorded in Australia, placing it in the top 5% of olive oils worldwide. These naturally occurring compounds, including oleocanthal and oleacein, are known for their powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
