Our Lemon Press EVOO is crafted in the traditional Agrumato style, where whole South Australian lemons are cold-pressed together with our freshly harvested olives. Unlike infused oils where flavour is added later with heat or essences, this process captures the true zest and brightness of the fruit while preserving the natural health benefits of extra virgin olive oil.
